Terms & Conditions

  • Please make sure you had read the following carefully before proceeding to purchase with us.
     
  • Once the purchase is confirmed, you shall be deemed to accept these terms and conditions.
     
  • PLEASE NOTE that 100% of the items displayed at www.truefittandhill.co.nz are products from Truefitt and Hill brand.
     
  • Refund can be done only if (i) the items ordered are out of stock and payment has been made or (ii) the item(s) is defect and we have no stock to replace for you.
     
  • All items are solely first come first serve basis. Full payment must be made upon placing the order.
     
  • All sales are final, no refund/cancellation is allowed once the order is placed.
     
  • Products colours may vary mainly due to colour settings of an individual's computer and it might appear brighter/darker in reality due to all photos are taken by a professional photographer using strong studio lighting.
     
  • EXCHANGE of DEFECTED goods can ONLY be done if the buyer reports the issue to us within 7 days upon receiving of the items, any reports made after 7 days will not be entertained. (Please attached a clear photo for the defect area & stated which item)
     
  • Buyer should allow within 1-2 inch (1 inch = 2.54cm) discrepancies for the measurement stated due to different ways of measurement by each individual.
     
  • Any stain with less than the size of a 50 cents coin shape will not be entitled for exchange or refund.
     
  • ONCE an order is in "Processing" status, there is no way to change the color/sizes.
     
  • All reasonable efforts to deliver the order will be made by us. However, customers are responsible to have someone at the delivery address to receive parcel and sign. We shall not be responsible for delivery failure due to address not complete (MUST HAVE Postcode, Company name whenever applicable), wrong address, wrong person name, or being received by unauthorized persons. Any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery.
     
  • Any damage or loss to the goods during delivery to the customer address will not be the responsibility of Truefitt & Hill and there will be no refunds.
     
  • Refunds are not allowed for quality expectation based on individual, as everyone has different perspectives for "quality" term, such as an item is not as good as imagine. Please consider wisely before you make payment.
